4 intro emails saved as drafts

Done. I found 10 dental clinics in Austin and saved them to your pipeline. Four have no online booking, so I analyzed those and wrote an intro email for each, built on that gap. The drafts are waiting in LeadsBuck for your review.

Illustrative conversation with sample businesses.

How it works

Your pipeline, one prompt away.

LeadsBuck does the research, scoring and writing. Claude decides which tools to call. You stay in charge of what goes out.

  1. 01

    Connect once

Create an API key in LeadsBuck, then add the server to Claude with OAuth, or paste one line into Claude Code or Cursor.

  2. 02

    Ask in plain English

Claude picks the right LeadsBuck tools: find new businesses, analyze them, write the pitch, start a follow-up sequence.

  3. 03

    Review, then send

Everything lands in your LeadsBuck pipeline. Pitches are saved as drafts unless you ask Claude to send them.

Safety

Powerful, but on a short leash.

Giving an AI assistant access to your outreach should feel boring. Here is how it is set up.

  • Sent from your own mailbox

Emails go out through the SMTP account you set up in LeadsBuck, under your name and domain. Without SMTP, campaigns are saved as drafts.

  • Drafts by default

create_campaign saves a draft unless you explicitly ask Claude to send now, so you can read every pitch first.

  • Keys you can revoke

Revoke a key on the API & MCP page and every client using it loses access on its next request.

  • Metered per tool

Each call uses a known number of credits from your plan. When credits run out, the tool returns an error instead of a surprise bill.

  • Scoped to your account

Tools only read and write the leads, campaigns and posts that belong to the account the key was created in.

  • You see every call

Claude and most MCP clients show each tool call in the conversation, and can ask for your OK before running one.

FAQ

Questions about LeadsBuck and MCP.

What is the LeadsBuck MCP server?

It is a hosted Model Context Protocol server at https://www.leadsbuck.com/api/mcp. Once connected, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor and other MCP clients can call LeadsBuck tools to find new businesses, add and analyze leads, draft and send outreach emails, manage follow-up sequences and schedule social posts.

Which plans include MCP access?

MCP access is included on the paid plans: Seed, Growth and Scale. You need one of these plans to create an API key and to use the CRM tools over MCP. The Free plan includes 25 CRM credits a month to use in the LeadsBuck dashboard, but no MCP access.

How do I connect LeadsBuck to Claude?

In claude.ai, add a custom connector with the URL https://www.leadsbuck.com/api/mcp and authorize it with the Client ID and Client Secret from your LeadsBuck API key. In Claude Code, run claude mcp add with your Bearer token. Cursor, Windsurf and VS Code use a short JSON config.

How are tool calls billed?

Research tools, such as finding and analyzing businesses, use CRM credits from your plan. Writing, templates, follow-ups and checking your credits are free, and AI post writing uses AI credits. Claude can check your balance any time, and when credits run out a tool stops instead of billing you. See the pricing page for exact credit costs.

Can Claude send emails without me knowing?

Emails only go out when a tool that sends is called: send_email, or create_campaign with send now switched on. By default create_campaign saves a draft. Emails are sent from your own SMTP mailbox, and Claude shows each tool call it makes in the conversation.

How do I revoke access?

Open the API & MCP page in your LeadsBuck dashboard and revoke the key. Any client using that key or its Client ID and Secret stops working on its next request.

Your next client is one prompt away.

Start in the LeadsBuck dashboard, then connect Claude when you're on a paid plan.
