1. License of Operation.
By initializing the LeadsBuck environment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to utilize our automation protocols for legitimate networking and lead discovery. Misuse of the engine for spam modulation or malicious interference is grounds for immediate terminal synchronization failure (account termination).
2. Identity Responsibility.
The operator is solely responsible for all activity modulating through their connected identities. LeadsBuck acts as a mechanical amplifier for your outreach; we do not bear liability for signal rejection or platform-level interference by third-party networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
3. Subscription Cycles.
Operational investment (subscription) is billed in 30-day cycles. Cancellation of your protocol must be executed before the next modulation cycle to avoid further investment deduction.
4. Protocol Evolution.
LeadsBuck is a living engine. We reserve the right to evolve, modify, or terminate specific protocols to maintain network resonance and comply with evolving security standards.
Legal Framework.
This agreement is governed by the laws of our primary operational jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be mediated through clinical legal arbitration.
